By accessing and using the APEX 3D Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

3. Custom 3D Printing

When using our custom 3D printing service, you warrant that you have the right to reproduce the uploaded design and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or dangerous.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide within South Africa. Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping. Delivery times vary by province and are estimated at 2-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard products in their original condition. Custom 3D printed items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of APEX 3D Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, APEX 3D Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
